SMX Polymer based fire retardant joint sealants for expansion joints. No fire retardant backer rod required. For internal and external applications.

• High level of fire retardation
• Permanently elastic after curing (without fire load)
• Outstanding bond strength on nearly all surfaces, even on slightly wet surfaces
• Very good mechanical characteristics
• Easy to use and apply, also under difficult circumstances.
• Colourfast and UV resistant

• No bubble formation within sealant (in high temperature and humidity applications)
• Does not contain isocyanates, solvents or halogens
• T-Rex Power FR is a high-quality, fire-resistant, smoke-tight, neutral, elastic, one component joint and adhesive sealant based on SMX Polymer (Hybrid).
