PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Backing Rod is a medium density, firm, foam for plugging expansion joints and is CFC free. Supplied in cut 1 metre lengths in a bag.

• Very flexible
• Does not absorb humidity
• Withstands many chemicals
• Suitable as backfilling material for all types of sealants
• PE Backer Rods are round profiles supplied in cut 1 metre lengths from closed-cell Polyethylene which are used as non-adhesive backfilling in all construction joints and to ensure correct joint dimensions for sealants.
• For backfilling in construction joints to ensure correct joint dimensions and to eliminate 3 point adhesion.
