Avista Concrete Sealer Primer is a penetrating clear primer which enhances adhesion of the sealer top coat. It must be overcoated with a solvent based concrete sealer such as Avista General Purpose or Extended Wear Sealer.

- Enhances adhesion of the sealer top coat.
- Can be used on freshly laid concrete as a protective coating until topcoat sealer is applied.
- As a primer for coloured sealers, Avista Sealer Primercan be tinted with 1L Avista Sealer Colour Tint.
